THE CHALLENGE
Healtea was already on shelf at Walmart Canada, but shoppers couldn’t understand what it was. Buyers described it as unclear. Francesco put it simply: “Our product looks like a shy product. Like a hiding product.”
THE OUTCOME
A bold, color-per-flavor packaging system built to read clearly from the aisle.

What we changed

We made the Healtea wordmark the hero, moved “Sparkling Herbal Tea” up front, and gave each flavor its own botanical illustration, so people know what they're looking at before they get to the flavor name.
